Terms for Using the Platform

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Snap Manerix +X platform. They describe the obligations and rights applying to you as a user and to the platform operator. Please read them before opening an account, using the service, or carrying out any transaction, since they form the legally binding agreement between the parties.

By registering, logging in, using any platform feature, or otherwise engaging with Snap Manerix +X, you confirm your complete acceptance of these Terms of Use. The service is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. Minors and people who lack legal capacity may not use it. If there is doubt about a user’s age, the account may be restricted, suspended, or closed.

The service can be temporarily disrupted by scheduled maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, outages, volatile markets, exceptional server traffic, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Content and materials made available through the platform—including text, visual elements, page designs, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and AI-produced analysis—are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws belonging to Snap Manerix +X or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our prior written permission. Breaches may result in civil or criminal consequences.

You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date, including your identity, contact, and payment information. Misleading, inaccurate, or missing details may result in account restrictions, withdrawal limitations, or legal action. Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable Philippine data-protection rules, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with suitable safeguards and transparency practices.

You remain solely responsible for all investment and trading choices made through Snap Manerix +X, whether entered by you or produced with AI functionality, and you acknowledge the risks involved. Snap Manerix +X provides technical tools and infrastructure, not personalised financial advice, recommendations, or profit guarantees. Equities and cryptocurrencies can experience substantial price movements, and you may lose the full amount invested. Historical performance does not predict future results. Only commit funds you can afford to lose.

We may update or supplement these Terms in response to regulatory requirements, technical developments, or changing market circumstances. Where practicable, we will notify you at least 14 days before changes take effect by email, platform notification, or website notice. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If a material change is made, you may elect to close your account.

We focus on understandable procedures and safeguards for platform security. These may include current encryption methods, regular reviews, segregated client funds, and robust KYC/AML procedures intended to strengthen protection. Platform activity and transactions are recorded in an understandable and traceable way. We aim to treat users fairly, openly, and responsibly, while making the protection of your trust a central consideration.
